Accounting and Business Services Company, Bencom d.o.o. Herceg Novi, was established in 1994 as a limited liability company offering accounting, bookkeeping, financial, auditing, consulting, and business and legal services.

Overall business operations of our company are based on principles of International Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing, adopted by International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), Law on Accounting and Auditing, Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, and the other existing legal regulations, with a commitment to high professional standards.

Our History

The company for accountancy, audit and business services “Bencom” d.o.o. Herceg Novi was established on 18 April 1994 in Herceg Novi.
In the beginning, the company worked in an apartment with one room equipped as the office. We worked on one PC. After two years and increase of work and number of clients, the office is moved into bigger, rented office and with the increase of work, the equipment is also increased. We employed four more employees into permanent employment
In the last period the company has dealt in complete with outstanding conditions of hyperinflation with all available resources, as well as in the whole period of economy transition accompanied with numerous changes of law regulations, adjustment with the Company Law in 1996, Law on business enterprises in 2002 and implementation of the VAT Law.
1996 the number of employees is increased for three, two employees for work on the computer in field of accountancy and one employee for administrative works of payment operations. The equipment is also progressively increased.
Considering the needs of our clients from Igalo, during 1997 the new office is opened in Igalo.
Next ten years number of clients has constantly increased and today we have three hundred and fourteen clients. With increase of number of clients the number of employees is also increased, i.e. their qualification structure, with modernization of techniques.
Finally, on 1 January 2008, we moved in our own business premises in Igalo, address Prizrenska 19.
Today the business center Igalo is organized on 650 m2 according to the contemporary standards with optical connections, digital telephone central, diesel power unit, automatic systems for heating and cooling, security, video surveillance, conference and meeting hall and parking places.
It is equipped with the most contemporary network of PC equipment, while the direct internet connection is provided for use of electronic communication with clients, state institutions and business banks.
