The Ministry of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations has announced a
Public Call for Participation in the Allocation Procedure for the 2025 Investment Support Program.
This program represents an important economic policy measure aimed at strengthening investment activities and supporting projects that contribute to economic development, employment, and business sustainability across Montenegro.
The call is open to business entities, local governments, cooperatives, entrepreneurs, and other interested parties with investment projects ready for implementation in 2025. Funds will be allocated according to clearly defined criteria, with priority given to projects that have a positive impact on the local community, create new jobs, and enhance competitiveness.
Application period: from June 30 to July 18, 2025.
Applications can be submitted in person on working days during the following time slots:
- 08:00 to 11:00,
- 12:00 to 15:00.
Applications must be submitted physically at the Ministry’s archive, at the address:
Cetinjski put bb, Eco-Efficient Building, Podgorica.
The Ministry reserves the right to close the Public Call before the deadline if the funds are exhausted earlier. In such a case, a notice will be published in a timely manner on the Ministry’s official website.
Through this program, the Ministry aims to promote investment projects that contribute to:
- strengthening domestic production,
- advancing digitalization and the green transition,
- modernizing infrastructure,
- developing innovative services and products,
- and promoting inclusive employment, particularly for youth and women.
