Today "Bencom" d.o.o. with business centers in Herceg Novi, Tivat, Kotor, Budva, and Podgorica, has over 70 highly qualified employees, associates, and distributors. Our services are used by more than 700 clients, whose activities are diverse, and the size varies from micro and small, through medium to large companies.

The company's offer includes services in the field of accounting and finance, business, legal and tax consulting, and information technology, as well as the creation of business plans, feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and restructuring of companies.

Our team consists of young hopefuls and experienced predecessors, who together create a unique, creative atmosphere, where knowledge, innovation, and experience are shared. We are always open to new ideas and cooperation, in order to refresh our team, tradition, and innovation.

History

In 1994, the "Bencom" Company was founded in Herceg Novi. In the beginning, business was conducted in a small office with one personal computer and only ten clients. They were micro companies that were mainly engaged in trade and catering.

However, as early as 1996, there was an increase in the volume of work when we received the first interns in cooperation with the Employment Office. Very quickly we become recognizable in Herceg Novi, as well as in the territory of Montenegro. Since then, the strategy has become clear: train young people, improve quality, provide a service that stands out, and expand the organizational network, all with the goal of satisfied and loyal clients. The prerequisite for the fulfillment of this strategy was to obtain all the necessary professional certificates and thereby enrich the knowledge and skills required by such responsible activities.

Our main motive is to create new jobs and provide quality working conditions and employee safety. We would like to point out that all of the 250 trainees who have successfully completed their internship in our company are employed either within the "Bencom" consortium or with one of our clients. Everything we create is the result of joint work and we consider that the greatest success.

A significant milestone in the development of "Bencom" d.o.o. happened in 2009 when the management made a strategic decision to design and build its own software. This business information system, which was primarily created for the company's internal needs, is also intended for sale to our clients, as well as to all other legal entities. PIS Abacus was created as an original author's work under the umbrella of "Bencom" d.o.o. This software represents a combination of knowledge, experience, and skills of our management, employed experts, and IT staff, whose composition consists of young people from Herceg Novi.

With our work in the field of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, consulting, business-legal services, and software design, we have won the hearts of many clients, thereby confirming our commitment to innovation and high business standards.
